Len & Carol's "Organic" Story

Owned and operated by Len and Carol Edwards, Vital Organics, is very much a family affair.  Len & Carol Edwards - Owners, Vital Organics

Having been employed in various spheres of the industry, Len came across Natrakelp whilst running his own landscaping business. Having trialled several other chemical fertilisers on the market, Len found Natrakelp to have outstanding results in keeping clients gardens healthy and productive – with the added benefit of being environmentally friendly.

So impressed with Natrakelp, some eight years ago, Len and Carol took over the Western Australian business and are keen to spread the “organic” story and their successes with the product.

And then there were three. Please welcome Michelle to the fold.

Michelle is our daughter, partner to David & Mum to 4 great "grandies". Michelle will be keeping me on the straight & narrow, organising the administration side of the business. Not my strong point, I'm afraid. Some would ask if I had found my strong point. No comment!

I say 3, but in actual fact it's five. I mustn't forget Tracey of WireX Web Design & Louise of Louise Richardson & Associates. Both have been great in developing the web site, writing the script for "the site" and media releases.

MISSION STATEMENT.
To ensure that God is honoured in all our business undertakings. Those entrusted to us, customers & personnel, will be treated with all the courtesy & respect due to them, at all times. Our products & services that we offer, will maintain a standard second to none.

“I still remember being taught at school  about crop rotation and  leaving land fallow to rejuvenate - thus enabling it to maximise it’s quality production when required. Back then, everyone grew crops, vegetables and so on with this system naturally. Today it’s called the “organic” method and do you know - it works! From the humble back yard patch to the huge broad acre cropping farms we know today, we are able to produce abundant, quality crops PROFITABLY, and without harm to our precious environment.

My worst experience I have seen, that emphasises the plight of our farmers (very emotional), was the sight of precious top soil disappearing in a huge dust storm. The sight of this storm, which seemingly touched the sky, added to the "sand dunes" alongside the roads, caused me to ponder on the reason & outcome.
Fortunately, the situation can be remedied, enabling farmers to retain their precious soil. To coin a phrase, "it won't happen overnight, but it will happen". The beginnings of answers are in this website".
